Group of companies "Monolith" started the construction of the microdistrict "Crimean Rose" in Simferopol. The project of the microdistrict, where it is planned to build about 1 million square meters of housing, was presented at the Yalta International Economic Forum in 2017 for the first time.

The construction of the microdistrict for 9 thousand apartments is the largest project in Crimea in the field of housing construction and one of the largest investment projects currently being implemented in the region. The company estimates investment of 32 billion rubles. The construction of a neighborhood on area of more than 100 hectares will take 11 years.

"One year ago at the Yalta International Economic Forum we talked about this project for the first time and announced the largest in Crimea comprehensive development of the territory. This is not just a residential quarter and not just a residential microdistrict, it's a full-fledged city. This is a project of a whole decade, "notes Deputy General Director of the GC "Monolith" Oksana Afanasyeva.

"Crimean Rose" is the project of comprehensive development of the territory. In the microdistrict will be a school for 1720 places and 2 kindergartens for 520 places, a medical center, a park with running and bicycle lanes, recreation areas and a sports complex where more than 2 thousand people will be able to workout. The advantage of the new project will be the Olympic Training Center of the Republic of Crimea for water sports with three swimming pools 25 and 50 meters long.

GC "Monolith" plans to put into operation the first stage of the project of a residential complex "Lavender" before the end of 2020. The residential complex consists of six sections with a height of 7 to 17 floors. 566 apartments will be built in the first stage: one-room apartments (37-41 sq. m.), two-room apartments (60 - 65 sq. m), three-room apartments (82 - 87 sq. m).

There will be personal pantries on ground floors of buildings; first floors are reserved for commercial premises. On the outside of the complex will be a parking lot for 51 seats to free the area of the residential complex from cars. It is planned to build a two-level parking with one parking space per apartment for the "economy" category and two places for the "comfort" category.

There will be children's playgrounds, a training ground and an equipped recreation area near the residential complex. The cost of a square meter of housing in the Residential Complex "Lavender" will be no more than 53 thousand rubles.
