The program, previously planned until 2020, was extended by 2 years. The Government of the Russian Federation extended for two years the federal target program (FTP) for the development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol, RIA Crimea reports, citing the Cabinet of Ministers resolution of September 5, published on Monday on the official portal of legal information.
"The words "until 2020" should be replaced by the words "before 2022", - it is said about the adoption of amendments to the document approving the Federal Target Program in 2014. The decree regulates that the second stage of the program will be implemented in 2018-2020, and the third - in 2021-2022.
The volume of financing has been increased by 40.7 billion rubles and will amount to 877.8 billion rubles.
The agreement on the extension of the Federal Target Program for the Development of Crimea until 2022 was reached this year in July at a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
