The exhibition will help Vietnamese to get acquainted with the unique history, culture and modern life of the Crimea, - the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Vietnam Konstantin Vnukov noted.
The Crimean delegations have visited Hanoi to participate in various projects and programs. Thus, a complex event was held at the site of the RCSC, where the cultural and tourist potential of the Peninsula was presented; representatives of the Crimean Federal University named after V. I. Vernadsky (V. I. Vernadsky CFU) participated in the long-term educational project of RCSC "Universities of Russia" and the Olympic movement of Rossotrudnichestvo in Vietnam; articles of Russian language teachers were published in the collections of scientific articles of RCSC and Ho Chi Minh pedagogical University, which generally contributed to the strengthening of international relations of the subject of the Russian Federation in Vietnam.
The photo exhibition "Crimea Today" was held in the hall of the Russian center of science and culture, which was about the international activity and achievements of the Peninsula, including the annual Yalta International Economic Forum, the growth of tourist flow from abroad, increasing number of international students in the V. I. Vernadsky CFU and etc.
The event was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Vietnam K. V. Vnukov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Vietnam R. G. Vardanyan, Minister Counselor of the Russian Embassy in Vietnam V. Bublikov, Trade representative of Russia to Vietnam V. N. Kharinov, employees of Russian representative offices and organizations.
From Vietnam the event was attended by Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Society of Vietnamese-Russian friendship (OVRD) Chin Kuok Khan, General Secretary of OVRD, editor-in-chief of the magazine "Berezka" Nguyen Dang Fat, Head of the representative office of tourist office "Visit Russia", representatives of travel companies working in the field of international tourism, small and medium businesses, graduates of Soviet and Russian universities, Vietnamese citizens who were interested in the event’s agenda.
During the evening, the guests were shown video materials about the construction of the Crimean bridge, as well as a video "Crimea through the eyes of an American", filmed by US citizen in the Crimea and later shown on the TV channel Russia today.
The evening also featured poems dedicated to the Crimea performed by Vietnamese Russian language teachers and Russian students who are on language training in Vietnam.
