The Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation expects to establish a regional leasing company (RLC) in the Crimea in the third quarter of 2019. This was reported by Deputy Director of the Department of investment policy and business development of the Ministry of economic development Olesya Teterina at the V YIEF.
The establishment of the RLC in the Crimea is provided by the national project on support small and medium-sized businesses. RLC will enable entrepreneurs to receive equipment leasing at a reduced rate of 6% for domestic equipment and 8% for foreign equipment.
"As soon as there are funds, we will have signing authority for issuing an act on the conditions for granting subsidies to the Crimea for the establishment of the RLC. I think that we can say that the RLC will be established at the beginning of the third quarter," -she said.
According to her, the volume of capitalization from the Federal budget will be 1,215 billion rubles. The government of Crimea will also take part in the financing of the project (allocate about 200 million rubles). "Rather, in the Crimea will be more purchased domestic equipment, so the bulk of the transactions will be 6%", — Ms. Teterina said.
The national project "SMEs and support for individual entrepreneurship" was developed by the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation to achieve the goals set by the President of Russia in the May decree, they must be achieved by 2024. The structure of the national project includes five Federal projects: improving the business environment, increasing the access of SMEs to financial resources, including concessional financing, acceleration of SMEs, the creation of a system of support for farmers and the development of rural cooperation, promotion of entrepreneurship.
