One of the oldest wine-growing enterprises in Russia will be sold by the public auction.
It will be held until the end of 2019 or in the 1st quarter of 2020, the Head of the Crimea Sergey Aksyonov noted on the sidelines of the Yalta International Economic Forum. According to him, everyone can be admitted to participate in the auction, but not everyone will be able to "deal with" this lot.
– Of course, only the major players of the market are able to enhance this object. We need another billion-dollar investment, — Mr. Aksyonov claimed.
The initial minimum cost is 177,19 million rubles, the first Deputy Minister of property and land relations of the Crimea Larisa Kulinich said.
Earlier, the Russian government transferred "Massandra" from the jurisdiction of the office of the President to the state ownership of the Republic of Crimea.
"Massandra" was founded in 1894 by Prince Golitsyn. It includes the head plant, as well as eight branches. Vineyards "Massandra" occupy about 4 thousand hectares for 180 kilometers from Foros to Sudak.
