Delegation of the “Yalta International Economic Forum” (YIEF), represented by the Director of the Foundation Sergey Lazutkin, is in Belgrade to take part in the Crimean economic potential presentation. Business trip is undertaken within the frames of the visit of a large delegation of the Republic of Crimea. The Organizer of the visit became the state autonomous institution “Business and Cultural Center of the Republic of Crimea”.
The exhibition-presentation of economic, touristic, scientific and cultural potential of the Republic of Crimea has opened in the morning of October, 21 in the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Belgrade. Director of the YIEF Foundation has told about preparation plans of the III Yalta International Economic Forum, participation conditions and perspectives of the business platform, which recommended itself as one of the biggest business event in Russia.
Crimean delegation includes Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea – Permanent Representative of the Republic under the President of the Russian Federation Georgy Muradov, Member of the Council of Federation Sergey Tcekov, Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea Valentin Demidov, Minister of Resorts and Tourism Sergey Strelbitcky, Director of the state autonomous institution “Business and Cultural Center of the Republic of Crimea” Yaroslav Ivanchenko.
In the course of the visit, which started on October, 20 members of the delegation have met the Ambassador of the Russian Federation on Serbia Aleksander Chepurin, layed flowers on the grave of architect Nikolay Krasnov, attended the concert of People's Artist of the USSR Iosif Kobzon accompanied with the National Guard of Russia ensemble.
“Serbia and Russia are united by centuries-old cultural and political ties, spiritual and mental kinship. This visit is an important passage for Crimea and an evidence that not all governments of Europe and not all European citizens share position of the European Union. Crimea has much in common with Serbia: climate, values and beliefs, numerous historical parallels. That predetermines a productive cooperation in various spheres”, - noted the director of the state autonomous institution “Business and Cultural Center of the Republic of Crimea” Yaroslav Ivanchenko.
Belgrade will held a round table “Possibilities and perspectives of the Crimean-Serbian business cooperation”, which presumes negotiations between business community’s representatives, signing the agreements and contracts. Participants of the delegation will meet the headquarters of the Serbian National Party; take part in opening of the exhibition, dedicated to a famous architect of Crimea anв Serbia Nikolay Krasnov and photo exhibition “Beauties of Crimea”.
The programme of the visit entails a trip to Chetin, acquaintance with local medical centre “Chigota” and meat dainties production company “Zlatiborac”.
“Visit to Serbia is a new stage of a methodical work of the government authorities of the Republic за Crimea and YIEF Foundation”, in the course of which we radiate information on Crimean business climate and economic potential”, - said Sergey Lazutkin. – We have already held presentations in China, Bulgaria, Italy, ahead meetings with business community of some щенрук countries. The main goal of such events is to overcome media blackout and international isolation of the peninsula by some Western countries. We expect that this work will bring practical economic results. The first step will be a strong representation of foreign countries on the Forum-2017. We suppose that YIEF-2017 will gather twice as much delegates as in 2016”.
