National Investment Association Presents Investment Projects with Total Sum of over 6.6 Billion Rubles at YIEF

Irina Sheshero, President of the National Investment Association, told about the implemented investment projects and new planned investment projects in Crimea during her speech at the section “Investments: Global and Russian Experience” at the Yalta International Economic Forum.

At the section, the National Investment Association presented investment projects planned for implementation in Crimea for a total sum exceeding 6.6 billion rubles. Russian investors, members of the National Investment Association, discussed their investment projects intended for implementation and already implemented projects in Crimea, including:

Construction of a waste paper recycling plant for production of knobby packages in Sovetsky district (OOO “SHAR”, General Director I.A. Zolotov, Tula). The first stage of construction amounts to 50 million rubles;

Construction of a plant for production of building metal structures in Crimea (OOO “SpetsStroyProektMontazh”, General Director O.O. Konyukov, Kemerovo). The total volume of investments is 500 million rubles, including 80 million rubles for the first phase of construction;

Construction of a plant for production of fiberglass pipes in Yevpatoria (ZAO “AMK-VIGAS”, Deputy General Director A.N. Stishenko, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – Yugra). The total amount of investments is 860 million rubles;

Construction of ​​a greenhouse complex for vegetables growing using Dutch technology and an enterprise for processing of horticultural products in Crimea (OOO “TelekomServis”, Development Director Y.V. Kucherenko, Rostov-on-Don). The total volume of investments is 5 billion rubles, including 2.5 billion rubles for the first stage of construction;

Construction of a plant for production of water purification and disinfection reagents in Sevastopol (OOO “Sevkhimprom”, General Director S.I. Kovalyov, Sevastopol). The total volume of investments is 200 million rubles. Construction of the plant will be completed in the near future.

A.V. Filonov, Head of the Administration of Yevpatoria, expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the National Investment Association for their work in attracting investors and presented a note of thanks to Irina Sheshero, President of the National Investment Association.

V.O. Tregub, Head of the Administration of Sovetsky district of the Republic of Crimea, expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the National Investment Association for the organization’s great work aimed at attracting investments and awarded Irina Sheshero, President of the National Investment Association, with an honorary diploma.

Investors from Turkey and Switzerland spoke at the section about their investment strategies.

As a result of the section’s work, Russian investors, members of the National Investment Association, were able to hold a working meeting with Vitaly Germanovich Nakhlupin, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea.

Resulting from the section’s work, the following documents were signed:

Memorandum on cooperation in the sphere of implementation of ​​the investment project “Construction of a Plant for Production of Building Metal Structures in the Republic of Crimea” between joint-stock company Development Corporation of the Republic of Crimea and OOO “SpetsStroyProektMontazh”;

Memorandum on cooperation in the sphere of implementation of the investment project “Construction of a Plant for Production of Fiberglass Pipes in the Territory of the Municipal Formation of the Republic of Crimea Yevpatoria” between ZAO “AMK-VIGAS” and the administration of Yevpatoria.

An investment agreement on the investment project “Construction of a Waste Paper Recycling Plant for Production of Knobby Packages” between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea and OOO “SHAR-PAPIR” is being prepared at present.

The section witnessed exchange of investors’ experience in investing in Crimea and constructive interaction between the investors and the local authorities.
